We had such an exciting morning; instead of eating our usual snack, the grown-ups made delicious pancakes for us! We mixed flour, eggs and milk to make a yellow batter and then they were cooked on the hob… Mrs Newman and Miss Feenan even tossed the pancakes into the air….. thank goodness they caught them! They were yummy!
