February has been such an exciting learning month…. despite the very rainy and cold weather! Our theme of “wild animals” has produced lots of wonderful artwork, dough and sand creations, given us opportunities to listen to new stories, songs and rhymes, take part in imaginative play through tabletop and Home Corner activities, complete multi-piece wildlife jigsaws, learning and developing mathematical concepts and language through play, and remembering lots of new wildlife-themed vocabulary during our play activities!
