Can you believe we had a visit this morning from a big Translink Bus? We were so excited to climb on board and sit on the big, comfy seats! Donna the Bus Driver (and George’s Mum) beeped the horn, and we sang, “The Wheels on the Bus”...it was such fun! Donna then showed us where the ticket machine was and how to use it. We also saw where the big red Stop button was, in case we need to get of the bus.
Best of all, when we got off the bus, Donna put on her Reverse lights and we could hear the bus beeping too!
Each child has been given a pencil and a packet of coloured crayons to take home from Translink. A big Thank You to Donna for giving up her time to visit us this morning; we enjoyed it very much!
