What a very exciting morning! We couldn't believe our eyes when four Fire Fighters came into our Nursery School to show us their Fire Engine! They told us all about the very important jobs that they do, including putting out fires, helping with road traffic accidents... and even breaking down doors to rescue people stuck in rooms!
The Fire Fighters showed us the equipment they need to help people; long ladders, water hoses and cutting tools.
A big "thank you" to the Fire Fighters from Downpatrick Fire Station for all their help this morning.
